Some months ago my students from Chibavi CDSS and I developed two Android applications namely, Menstruation and Pregnancy Calculators with an aim of solving problems relating to sexual reproductive health.
The former can be used to predict menstruation dates and the latter can be used to count number of weeks for pregnancy and of course predict the day when one will give birth.
The two apps were part of our project for the 2021 National Schools Science Fair that took place at Kamuzu Academy in October 2021. The project got an overall position of 8 out of 43 and in the health category it got position 2.
Both apps are in Chichewa language
